Susanna Avessta

Susanna Avéssta received her PhD from the Graduate School of Electronics, Telecommunication and Automation at the Helsinki University of Technology in 2001. She was previously heading a SME, and held a position of principal lecturer in computer science in Turku University of Applied Sciences, Department of Telecommunication and e-Business. Currently Avéssta's main activities are related to testbed federation projects, e.g. she is the coordinator of the FIREworks project and working on federation structure for European Network of Living Labs as well.
