Prepared the teaching material in such a form and contents that it should be understandable and acceptable by the students and, at the same time, it must awaken their abilities to think should help the students develop skills that will enable them to facilitate the acquisition of fundamental knowledge, clinical skills and methods for the critical appraisal and effective use of research literature throughout their professional lives. Aim: to elaborated an interactive computer programme to teach Anaesthesia. Methods: a computer programme was elaborated as a helper classes material of Anaesthesia using Word, Power Point, Microsoft Front Page, Hot Potatoes, the Moodle platform of the University of Malaga’s virtual support and Explorer and Mozilla software (as internet communication support). Texts and slide presentations (with interactive buttons linked to questions, references, figures and films), interactive autoevaluations, and clinical cases related with the lessons were included. Result: 175 of registered students were trained in the programme handling during 2 h. Students spend a mean of 45±6.7 h using the programme during the course development (3.4 ± 0.5 h/weekx13 weeks). They realized all the prepared activities, including the clinical cases. Concussions: An 85.2% of the student passed the course (64.1% with A or B). A 95% consider this way of teaching-learning better than the classic methodology.
